In this menu function, you can choose to change your password at any given moment for any particular reason. Generally, you might need to change your password if you feel somebody might know your password. Here you type in your User ID and in the "Old Password" field you type in the current password you are using. Then in the "New Password" field you will enter the new password that you selected and re-enter it again in the "Confirm Password" field.

Once you click the "Ok" button, the Card MIS home page is displayed. The menu items may different for different users. On the home page, the User ID and User Type are displayed at the top of the screen, above the Home link. The User ID is your company account number followed by two additional numbers.

Possible Problems and Tips

  • If the system-generated password does not work, make sure you are entering it correctly. The password field is alphanumeric (you can use numbers & words) and case-sensitive. You need to use uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers exactly as they appear in your emailed password.
  • In choosing your own password, you may use numbers, uppercase or lowercase letters, or any combination of these three. Your new password must be more than 6 characters, but less than 15 characters, in length.
  • If you forget your password, there is no way of retrieving it from the system. As a security measure, even the TSA Administrator cannot access your password. If you cannot remember your password, please use the Forgotten Password link.
  • If you wish to change your password, please use the Change Password link.

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, please use the Forgotten Password link.
