System Audit

Only TSA Administrators have acces to the System Audit page.
To naviagte to the System Audit page, use the following keystrokes: View/System Audit.
This shows all changes and events that have taken place on the Card MIS

To SEARCH For A System Audit

To search for a system audit, use the following keystrokes: View/System Audit.
Click the Search button.

This is an "open" search. Card MIS displays all events that have taken place on the search results screen.
To refine your search, u can select the type of event from the "Type of Event" drop-down box, and specify a date range by using the "Start Date" and "End Date" fields.
You can enter a "Used Id" to view all events performed by that person.
You can also enter the Comapany Name, or part thereof, or the Account Number, or part thereof, in the "Company/Account No" field.

Click the Clear button to return all fields to their default values.

Possible Problems:

  • Error message: There is no data available. This indicates that the search criteria were not valid. Try and make your search wider, by selecting less search criteria.

DOWNLOAD A System Audit

To download a list of system audits, use the following keystrokes: View/System Audit.

To find a specific list of system audits that you would like to Download, refer to the To SEARCH For A System Audit section above.

Once you have found the list of system audits you wish to Download, depending on which format you prefer, click the Download to Csv and/or Download to Pdf button.
Please Note: PDF format is Non-Editable, whereas CSV format is Editable.
